bdtjil Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "bdtjil" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bdtjil.app, including all associated pages, services, and features.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, and any other technical means through which bdtjil services are delivered.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdtjil Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the bdtjil registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bdtjil Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of eligible real-money bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "BDT" or ৳ means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the bdtjil Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process bdtjil applies to Player Accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

By accessing the bdtjil Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the bdtjil Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdtjil. They apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use the bdtjil Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdtjil is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of bdtjil or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You do not already hold another active bdtjil Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts may be merged or closed without prior notice.
• You are not using any automated software, bot, or artificial intelligence system to access the Platform or place bets.

bdtjil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access real-money games and betting markets on bdtjil, you must create an Account by completing the registration process in full. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates remains accurate and up to date. bdtjil reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. False or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bdtjil. Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any third party to use your Account.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bdtjil support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bdtjil is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account currency: All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted on the bdtjil Platform.

bdtjil processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). No other payment methods are currently accepted. Players are responsible for ensuring that the mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered in their own name and matches the details on their bdtjil Account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed within the Account dashboard and are subject to change. bdtjil does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 3 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet account registered in the same name as the bdtjil Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements).
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set out in the Account dashboard and are subject to periodic revision.
• bdtjil reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

bdtjil may, at its sole discretion, offer Players promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback awards, or other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are communicated at the time the offer is made available.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the bdtjil Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts will result in all associated bonuses and winnings being voided.
• Modification and withdrawal: bdtjil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account remain subject to the wagering requirement applicable at the time of the credit.
• Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful game play risk — may have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and their Account restricted or closed.

The bdtjil Platform hosts casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. Each game and each betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the individual game interface or betting market. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to those game-specific rules. In the event of any inconsistency, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating solely to game-play outcomes; these Terms & Conditions govern all other matters including financial transactions and Account conduct.

Casino Games: All casino games available on the bdtjil Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology as supplied by the relevant game provider, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. bdtjil does not modify RNG outputs or game return-to-player (RTP) settings. Game outcomes are final once the relevant round has been determined by the RNG or live dealer.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series, operate on the basis of live and pre-match odds calculated by bdtjil's pricing systems. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the placement of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted at bdtjil's discretion and will be clearly marked as in-play bets.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bdtjil's settlement rules for the affected market will apply as set out in the specific market terms.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will not be honoured. bdtjil reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and will notify affected Players promptly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bdtjil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or via a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the bdtjil Platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from criminal activity. bdtjil maintains AML procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notice to the Account holder.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your mobile wallet provider after wagering deposited funds. Such activity constitutes fraud and bdtjil will pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC or AML verification process.

bdtjil is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform makes available a range of player-protection tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard at no charge. These tools include:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures outside bdtjil's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Game-play outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems and live dealer procedures beyond bdtjil's ability to influence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or promotions published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in this clause limits bdtjil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bdtjil reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed by bdtjil due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, bdtjil reserves the right to retain any Balance as a set-off against losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of the breach.

bdtjil may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where changes are material, bdtjil will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bdtjil Platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to bdtjil's customer support team with a view to reaching an amicable resolution within 30 days of the dispute being raised.

Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate tribunal in accordance with applicable law. bdtjil and the Player agree that the courts of the relevant jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute not resolved by the foregoing process.
